jga9 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the jga9 platform and the services provided through the website jga9.lat. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on jga9, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, a 15x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is prohibited
• jga9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

jga9 offers gaming services across a range of categories including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and fishing games.

General Gaming Policy

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• jga9 reserves the right to void any winnings paid out incorrectly due to a technical error
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, and it is independently regulated
• jga9 is not responsible for losses caused by software errors or internet disconnections
• If a dispute arises over a game outcome, jga9's server logs will be treated as the final proof

Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, UEFA), and kabaddi. A common example to illustrate betting markets: in a Bangladesh vs India match, a match winner bet lets you place a wager on either team to win. Actual match dates, odds, and results will be shown on the relevant page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jga9 platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with false or fraudulent identity information
• Using dishonest methods to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Any form of hacking, scraping, or use of automated software
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities
• Fraudulent behaviour toward other users or colluding to manipulate outcomes
• Threatening the platform or its staff, or using abusive language
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party

jga9 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of financial problems.

• Content from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe) is protected under their own intellectual property policies
• Limited access to the platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial use

jga9 always strives to provide an uninterrupted and reliable service. However, jga9 cannot be held liable in the following situations:

• If service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other technical problems
• If transactions are affected by delays or errors in third-party payment systems
• If service is unavailable due to natural disasters or other unforeseeable events
• If an account is damaged due to the user's own negligence
• If the user suffers a financial loss as a result of game outcomes (this is a normal part of gaming)

In any situation, jga9's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds deposited in connection with the relevant event.

jga9 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity
• For financial security purposes or technical investigation
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure)

Account Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms and Conditions, pending bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited funds will generally be returned, unless an investigation is ongoing.
